Greg just returned from a “Namibia Botswana Southern Circle NBa21” tour and had an experience he had to share. I was lucky enough to go on a helicopter flight over the Okavango delta in Botswana. This helicopter flight takes us from a village right on the edge of the delta and as soon as you’re up in the air the grandeur of the Okavango delta comes to life.
Dee having returned from a Namibia Botswana Southern Circle had a once in a life time experience on the Kwando River in Namibia with her clients and has this to share... Doing this job you encounter many beautiful places and experiences. Ones also hears allot of stories about dangerous animals and their behaviour and you tend to not really take it to heart until it actually happens to you and only then can you appreciate those animals.
Dee having returned from a private tour through Botswana had the following to share. Doing a private tour gives you an opportunity to take part in a new experience and one of those were our encounter with our furry little friends the Meerkats! At Planet Baobab in Botswana on the edge of the Makgadikgadi pans there is a little family of meerkats that is being habituated.
Chris one of our Zimbabwean guides just completed a Zimbabwe Botswana ZB16 camping tour and had a great experience at Elephant Sands just outside Nata in Botswana. We just arrived at Elephant Sands for our overnight camping before heading off to Maun and the Okavango Delta. As we started to offload our truck, we saw a big herd of elephants coming down to the water hole for a drink. It was around 14:00pm and the weather was quite warm, probably why these animals came down for the afternoon drink so early.
